Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Damages and Issues: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning and receiving a replacement.
Exceptions: All sales are final. However, exchanges are possible within 7 days of receipt. Note that the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all exchanged items.
Exchanges and Refunds: For eligible items, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are not generally offered.
